Crystal Sprays

As with the crystal elixirs, the crystal sprays are similar! They work on the same basis for healing but are used in a variety of different ways. As the name suggests, they are put in to spray bottles to be used. They can be rubbed into the hands, placed on pulse points-wrist, throat, forehead, back of neck, and the soles of both feet. They can be sprayed directly into the aura, especially areas that feel stuck or congested. They can be sprayed directly in to the room or you can put a few drops in to the bath or even a few drops can go in to the washing with the washing powder. It can also be added to massage oil or sprayed on to the body! In fact, what ever you want to do with these sprays you can as they are so beneficial and natural. Again, if you prefer to use the sprays then they can be made up to your specific requirements.
